Batting
Hobb's Heirloom Wool batting. This very soft drapable batting is excellent for the "faux" trapunto layer in wholecloth quilts. Wool is known to retain it's loft better than poly or cotton batts and also releases folds better for show quilts. 108" wide, sold by the yard. This batting comes on a single fold roll and does not have the distortion that packaged batts do.
